Where are you based?
We are a Ukrainian company based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Most of our clients are in the USA, Canada, Europe and the UK.

Are you a registered business?
We operate according to Ukrainian legislation, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine as sole proprietors (aka individual entrepreneurs). Most Ukrainian freelancers and the IT ousourcing professionals utilize the benefits of sole proprietorship. Remember about our low overheads? We only pay 5% on income tax. Will I own the intellectual property rights on the designs?
We automatically sign the intellectual property rights over to you when paid in full on all your designs. Our designers have signed an agreement with 305DSN transferring the IP rights to 305DSN, and we transfer those rights over to you.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes we do. It’s our absolute last resort, however in the very unlikely event that you are truly not happy with our designs, then we will give you a refund that we both agree is fair. Our reputation means the world to us and we want you to be confident that we have done our best.
